So here goes my contribution to tamil rhymes for Tulika Blogathon. First time I am doing something like this and I am so excited

Meaning:

Swing your hands dear, swing your hands
Lets go to the shop, swinging hands
Lets buy sweets, swinging hands
Lets eat the sweets at leisure, swinging hands
Lets buy dresses, swinging hands
Lets wear them and be happy, swinging hands
Lets go to the temple, swinging hands
Lets worship the lord and come, swinging hands

என்று வழக்க படுத்தி கொள்ளு பாப்பா

Meaning:

Run and Play dear child
Dont sit lamely doing nothing dear child
Play together and have fun dear child
Never ever scold another child/baby
Make sure you study when the sun rises
Then practise singing
Then play to your heart's content all through the evening
Make sure you this is habitual

Meanings should be close, though there may be slight mistakes. This is more of a transliteration I guess :)
